Undriveable™ is a mobile app that instantly helps connect you with the nearest service providers to your current location, minimizing your wait time as much as possible when your vehicle is in need of service. We are in the business of using technology to improve the Roadside Assistance experience, as well as Vehicle Maintenance & Repair process. Essentially, we know that being left stranded anywhere because of a vehicle is stressful, so we make the process of requesting help faster, easier and more transparent.
Undriveable™ Service Providers are local businesses that have a history of providing roadside assistance. We check for training, insurance, and ratings prior to allowing a Service Provider to join our platform. Undriveable™ customers are asked to rate each Service Provider following a completed job so that we can monitor their timeliness and professionalism.
The Undriveable™ app requires that you take photos of your vehicle prior to submitting a help request. Quality photos are very important so that the tow truck driver can determine if the vehicle meets the weight requirements (and size) for their tow truck. If you have further questions for the tow truck driver, we recommend contacting them by phone/text within the Undriveable™ app immediately after submitting the help request.
